Kids Yoga Club

A fun and inclusive yoga class with a new theme each week using stories, music, breathing, movement and mindful arts and crafts to empower children with the tools of yoga and mindfulness for healthier and happier minds and bodies.

Please note that this is a kids only session and parents will be asked to come back for pick up at 5.15.

Suitable even if your child has never done yoga before. Suggested age: 5+
